Nirmal Joshi started his training at the age of 6 with Shri Chandravadan Engineer. Having received classical training for several years, he learned tabla from Puish Kumarji of Benaras Gharana. He has also received formal training from Pt Ramesh Jhule of Kirana Gharana. Nirmal is also a qualified teacher, with a PGCE from the renowned UCL institute of education.

Nirmal has been performing since the age of 10. He has performed at many prestigious venues such as the Dorchester Hotel, the Royal Albert Hall, the Nehru Centre, and has made several TV appearances.

Nirmal is highly skilled in singing and performing many different genres of music including ghazal, sufi, bhajan, folk, jazz and classical. With his guidance and teachings, you will excel in the world of Sangeet.
